What it does
CUPPS turns airport-owned counters and gate positions into shared workplaces. An agent signs in and the desk becomes that airline's desk — with its own application, its own printers and its own peripherals — then hands the position back at the end of the shift. The airport keeps one set of hardware; every airline gets the workplace it expects.
